Product Features
This instrument is a successful product jointly developed with Nanjing University of Science and Technology and other units in accordance with the requirements of the new version of GMP (2010 edition). The overall product is made of 316L stainless steel casing. The laser sensor utilizes a full semiconductor laser and a semiconductor photodiode receiver to ensure the stability of the light source and the accuracy of the signal receiver. This greatly reduces the stray scattering light within the scattering chamber, enhancing the signal-to-noise ratio of the sensor. It adopts an LCD touch screen for control, providing clear display of data and convenient operation. The instrument can automatically determine various purification levels based on the standards selected by customers.
Scope of application
This product is widely used in medical, pharmaceutical, electronics, chemical, optical, food, cosmetics, biological products, aerospace, and various testing institutions for the detection of dust particles

It can be traced back to the Shanghai Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology, and can also be calibrated by itself or by a third-party national metrology institution, with traceability to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Our company has passed the national metrology standard establishment assessment, and our standard dust particle counter has also participated in the national dust particle counter value comparison conducted by metrology institutions in various provinces.
