Surface dust particle counters are used to measure the size and quantity per unit area of dust particles attached to the surfaces of various products with high cleanliness requirements, such as optical lens components, liquid crystal panels, and semiconductor machines with controlled ultra-clean microenvironments.
The core components of this instrument, including the optical sensor and controller, are made using components imported from the United States to ensure the measurement accuracy of the product.

The casing of this instrument is made of SUS316 stainless steel and undergoes surface passivation treatment. It features a color touch LCD screen for operation display. The detection optical sensor utilizes components imported from the United States. The air pump for suction is an imported rotary vane pump, and its operating flow rate can be automatically adjusted through a flow sensor to maintain it within a stable detection flow range. The surface test probe has been improved based on similar products from Germany and is equipped with an anti-static hose connected to the main unit. It features a bag filter for exhaust and suction filtration. The internal filter material is imported from Germany, ensuring the detection accuracy and operational stability of the instrument

The surface particle counter consists of three parts: the scanning sampling head, which can provide a purging airflow at a certain pressure while sampling and can be integrated with an operation controller; the laser dust particle counter main unit, which is mainly composed of an air pump, sensor, main control board, filter, and battery; and the pipeline connecting the main unit and the scanning sampling head, including the sampling pipeline and purging pipeline.
