The sterile isolation technology solution of Xingyuan Technology requires regular RTP integrity testing, as it can accurately and timely detect any potential defects or damages, such as seal ring rupture, interlock ring loosening, flange deformation, and other issues. Timely maintenance or replacement can ensure that RTP does not leak gas during use, thus maintaining a sterile environment inside the isolator at all times.
Product Features
The whole machine adopts a portable design, which is convenient for handheld operation and transfer. The port is equipped with an inflatable sealing ring, which can be quickly connected to RTP. At the same time, it can achieve fully automated rapid detection and output results quickly.
In terms of human-computer interaction, the integrity tester has dedicated management software that can easily obtain data and store and process it. Operators can set test formulas, version batch numbers, and user permissions online.
The product software fully complies with GMP requirements for computerized system validation and meets FDA 21CFR PART 11 requirements for electronic data integrity, electronic signatures, and audit trails.
Custom testing standards can be set for alpha and beta ports, and formulas can also be used for easier testing!
