FKC-V type (audit tracking) planktonic bacteria sampler

Introduction: The FKC-V floating bacteria sampler (audit tracking model) is an upgraded product of our company, meeting the requirements of the ALCOA+CCEA principles of the (Drug GMP-2010). Designed based on the isokinetic sampling theory, this instrument is an efficient porous inhalation microbial collector. During sampling, the airflow velocity at the sampling head is kept essentially consistent with the airflow velocity in the clean room, accurately reflecting the microbial concentration within the clean room. When sampling, dust-laden bacteria pass through the micropores at high speed and are evenly impacted on the agar surface inside the petri dish, greatly improving the collection efficiency of active particles that meet the ISO14698-1 standard. The system design optimizes the impact velocity to ensure biological efficiency.

The instrument is controlled by a microcomputer chip and features a low-noise sampling pump. It can be connected to a PC for direct data acquisition in EXCEL format, export and save data to a USB flash drive, and print data using a Bluetooth printer. It enables remote sampling control to reduce operational errors. The instrument is highly integrated and intelligent, making it easy to operate and stable in performance. The sampling head is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which can adapt to various disinfection methods such as ultraviolet radiation, high temperature, alcohol, and disinfectant.

5. Petri dish: Use standard universal petri dish Φ90*156. Sampling head mouth: Made of SUS304 material, with countless micro-pores design, which enables microorganisms to be evenly distributed on the agar surface, reduces dust and bacteria overlap, and minimizes errors in microbial counting.
7. Data export: Export via USB flash drive or PC-side software of the host computer.
